Each session includes up to 15 beautifully edited and retouched images, perfectly showcasing your family's love and connection in that iconic 70s style. Terms and Conditions for Retro Revival Family Photo Sessions
1. Session Bookings: Each session is $175 total - A non-refundable $75 deposit is required to secure your booking in advance. The remaining $100 balance will be invoiced via email and is due 24 hours before the scheduled session.
2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. In the event of unexpected circumstances, rescheduling options will be provided.
3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your session. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
4. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session to ensure adequate time for setup and preparation. Sessions will start and end at the specified time, regardless of tardiness. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session.
5. Personal Items: Clients are encouraged to bring props and outfits that reflect their style. However, we cannot guarantee the inclusion of personal items in the final images.
6. Image Ownership: All edited and retouched images will remain the property of Asher Rain Photography. Clients will receive digital copies for personal use, including social media and prints. Commercial use of images is not permitted without written consent.
7. Editing and Retouching: The number of edited and retouched images included in the session will be specified at booking. Additional images and editing can be purchased with additional fees.
8. Photo Release: By participating in the session, clients grant permission for the photographer to use images for promotional purposes, including portfolios, social media, and website displays. If you prefer not to have your images shared, please inform us before the session.
9. Liability: The photographer is not responsible for any injuries or damages during the session. Clients participate at their own risk.
10. Agreement to Terms: By booking a session, clients agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
