Throughout the evening, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in a silent auction, with all bids supporting the featured designer directly. Feel free to come and go at your leisure, making bids and connecting with fellow fashion enthusiasts. Winning bidders will be contacted after the event via phone or email. Plus, we’ll host exciting raffles featuring prizes from other talented local artists!

Event Flow

3:00 PM - Doors Open

- Guests arrive and check in at their leisure 

- Door entry fee: $20 per person

- Refreshments available: soft drinks and light snacks 

All Evening: Fashion Experience

- Models showcase outfits by I Love Vintage, walking around for photos 

- Fashion pieces available for sale throughout the studio 

- Enjoy mingling, chatting with the designer, and networking 

Silent Auction

- Guests can place bids on fashion items throughout the evening 

- All bids go directly to support I Love Vintage 

- Auction closes at 5:30pm 

- No need to be present to win; winners will be contacted afterward 

Raffle Drawings

- Raffle entries collected throughout the evening 

- Drawings will occur toward the end of the event 

5:30 PM - Announcement of Raffle and Auction Winners

- Winning bidders and raffle winners announced 

- Contact information will be gathered to reach out to winners after the event 

6:00 PM - Event Concludes
